Ultrafine grinding mill is equipment which produces thin powder and super thin powder. It is applicable to non-flammable and non-explosive materials with hardness less than 6, such as calcite, chalk, limestone, dolomite, kaolin, bentonite, talcum, talc, magnesite, illite, pyrophyllite, vermiculite, sepiolite, attapulgite, rectorite, diatomite, barite, gypsum, alum earth, graphite, fluorite, variscite, potash ore, and floatstone.

Ultrafine mill has the similar working process with the R series Raymond Mill.While the high-pressure spring installed in the gridning equipment have improved the pressure over 1.2 times between the grinding roller and ring.when the roller and the ring have reached some wearing ,we can adjust the length of the high-pressure spring to make the stable grinding pressure between the rollers and rings ,which can ensure a stable products quality.At the same time ,the spare parts in the grinding equipments will experience the technology improvement to make the contact area achieve the most large degree,which avoidss the phenomenon often happened in the normal grinders that the small size material can not proceed the continous crushing in the unfairness crack.According to the Bernouli equation and experiment simulation results ,we have changed the impeller geometry shape in the fineness grader and readjusted the relative break of the db inclination ,which have realized the effective and precise selection of the super-thin powder entering the grader.
